Dr. John P.Brady has a good article on drug treatment and drug-induced stuttering in Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology Vol.18,no1, 1998. Further you will be interested to follow Dr.Gerald Maguire's work in the Journal of Clinical Psychopharymacology volume (20) Augsut 2000 on Risperidone for the Treatment of Stuttering. Overactive dopamine in stuttering is fascinating. I would follow this strand.
