Hi Ken....thanks so much for sharing these ideas...I often do a similar exercise with my teen or adult clients before an event which is causing them anxiety...we brainstorm what the worst is that could happen, getting as far out there as we can, and then identify a strategy they can use if it in fact happens....by the time we're done we're both laughing and a lot of the tension around the activity is dissipated.
